The Masters of Arms are keepers of one, or more, of the Mithril Knight Armouries. The armouries are located at the Guild Houses across Middle Earth. Any Knight or Knight in Training who wishes to arm themselves from a Guild House armoury will need to see a Master of Arms before taking the arms from the House. The taking of arms and armour from an MK armoury MUST be roleplayed AND the Master of Arms MUST roleplay that the arms and/or armour are indeed loaned or given to the Knight or Knight in Training.

Lord Anorast (Guruthostirn)

The Knight Marshals are responsible for reviewing petitions to join the Guild, contacting the petitioners, and assigning Knight Mentors to petitioners. The Knight Marshals will also follow the progress of the Knights in Training and offer direct guidance if necessary. Most importantly, the Knight Marshals will report to the Guild when and if a Knight in Training is ready for review in anticipation of Initiation as a Knight.

Lord Erinhue

The Guild Herald acts as a point of contact for those interested in the Guild and for present Guild members. In battle situations, the Herald carries the standard of the Guild with their person, usually on a spear, at the head of the battle unit.

The Guild Seneschal duties include ensuring that references made to Tolkien's writings are accurate and within the Tolkien history of Middle Earth.

Lady Elenath Ceredir

The Guild Chronicler is responsible for maintaining and adding to the collected Annals of the Guild. They also ensure that any pertinent details are added to the Guild House Armory, and act as a reference for information regarding the Guild's history. Their other responsibility is the creation and maintenance of the Guild web site, as well as the mithrilknights.org email system and mailing list.
